AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT INJURY CLAIMS
My attorney's fee will be only 25% of the amount
recovered if we can settle your claim before filing a lawsuit.
In the event that we cannot settle your claim
before commencing litigation or arbitration proceedings, my attorney’s
fee will be forty (40%) percent of any sums recovered.
The out-of-pocket costs of preparing the case
for settlement and the expenses of litigation will be deducted from the balance
of any sums recovered by settlement or verdict after payment of the legal fee.
I reserve the right to decline representation if
in my sole discretion I determine a particular case is without sufficient
merit.
